Norfield Associates, Inc. has been New England's independent insurance adjusters since 1969. In that time we have conducted investigations for more than 300 different insurance companies.
We are a third-party independent adjusting firm. Insurance companies assign us liability claims; we meet the people involved, document the scene, find witnesses, gather the records, and report back with an opinion on where the fault lies. We do not sell insurance and we do not represent policyholders or claimants.
Every investigation is tailored to the needs of the file, whether that is at your specific direction or completely independent, based on our years of experience. Our Special Handling procedure is custom-designed around each client's investigation requirements and reporting, so every client is treated as an individual.

We handle rush assignments around the clock. Every after-hours call is answered by a member of the Senior Management Team, and we have the staff to be on scene shortly after being notified of any type of incident.

All of our services are provided by knowledgeable and highly-trained insurance professionals who are direct employees of Norfield Associates, Inc.

We cover all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Work is billed from the city closest to the loss. See the territory map.
